Return Policy
At Beauté Noir, our ultimate goal is to provide you with an exceptional service. However, we understand that at times, despite our best efforts, things may not go as planned. In such instances, please be sure that our team will go above and beyond to make things right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note that if the lamination on any of the products was open or torn, the product will not be eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch with us at Beauténoirco@gmail.com.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Beauté Noir is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, you must file a claim with the shipment carrier (USPS). Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you need our help filing a claim with the shipment carrier.
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
